Once our team has scheduled you for a colonoscopy and/or gastroscopy, you will be provided with a comprehensive package detailing the preparation that you are required to do for your specific procedure. This information will either be emailed to you or provided to you in person. Please read the instructions very carefully and follow them as written. ​

Cancellation - We required a minimum of 2 business days notice prior to your procedure to cancel your gastroscopy or colonoscopy without penalty. Please phone our clinic (250-545-6443) and speak to a staff member or leave a message to cancel. A no-show charge will apply if you do not attend your appointment.
